1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). A confirmation email or SMS with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use it to track your parcel on the courier partner's website.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Choice@Glance will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please take photos or a video at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours.
