We want you to love every Choice@Glance piece. If something isn't quite right, our returns process is simple and stress-free.
Our Promise
- Easy returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are welcome, subject to availability.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our team through the Contact page with your order number.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange a convenient refund method with you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, certain accessories and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
